THE RULES

  • VOTE WEIGHT — Your vote weight is your $KOL balance at the epoch's snapshot. No custody: you sign a message, tokens never leave your wallet.
  • DIAMOND-HANDS RULE — Balances are re-checked when the epoch closes. Sell mid-epoch and your vote voids.
  • NO FAKE CAPS — We don't pretend to cap whales: wallet-splitting beats every cap ever written. Weight is balance-linear, diamond-hands enforced, and every vote is auditable. Honest > theatrical.
  • ROLLOVER — Three documented contact attempts per winner. Ignored three times? The KOL returns to the pot and the entire allocation rolls into the next epoch. Ignored offers don't die. They compound.
  • BACKING, NOT BETTING — When backer pools ship: backing a KOL who loses the vote costs you nothing — your position rolls to the next epoch. Nothing is ever staked to lose.
  • DISCLOSURE — Every funded call opens with the payment amount and “PAID BY THE PEOPLE.” Paid promotion law requires disclosure — we make the disclosure the brand.
